On August 1, 2026, Wintec Smart Valley welcomed a group of special "little guests"—the children of WINTEC employees. On this day, the 40,000-square-meter modern factory was no longer an abstract concept in their parents' words, but an exploratory wonderland full of technology and warmth.

At 9 a.m., the Family Open Day officially kicked off in the lobby of the main office building. Centered on the theme "Into the Campus, Building a Home Together," the event invited employees' children to step into WINTEC and experience firsthand the place where their parents strive and work.

Led by WINTEC employees, the children visited the WINTEC showroom, toured the modern production lines, observed the intelligent equipment up close, and experienced the clean and orderly work environment firsthand... Everything before their eyes made the children's eyes sparkle with curiosity. During the tour, the children not only saw where Mom and Dad work, but also felt the charm of technology and manufacturing up close.

The interactive sessions thoughtfully arranged by the company turned what might have been an obscure production process into something vivid and fun.

Nazca Long-Painting Co-Creation—parents and children picked up brushes together and doodled freely on a giant long canvas. This long painting, which gathers the creativity of all the families, will be treasured in the park and become a unique cultural landmark.

August Employees' Birthday Party—employees with birthdays that month were invited on stage as the whole venue sang the birthday song together. Amid the flickering candlelight, everyone made beautiful wishes; the cake-cutting and cake-sharing moment made the children cheer with joy, and in the sweet aroma of cream, every smiling face shone especially bright.

Parent–Child Ring-Toss Game—colorful rings and small gifts had long been prepared in the office building. Cheers and laughter rose and fell one after another; parents, usually busy, finally set work aside to team up seamlessly with their children and enjoy some pure parent–child time.

Meijiamei Food Festival Luncheon—having had their fun, they deserved a satisfying meal too. At noon, the Meijiamei Food Festival luncheon grandly opened in the company cafeteria. The cafeteria carefully prepared a sumptuous feast, with a dazzling array of dishes that delighted the eye, the nose, and the palate alike.

When employees' family members truly step into WINTEC and get to know it, a sense of identity with and belonging to the company arises naturally. Through such a warm Family Open Day, WINTEC demonstrates what true humanistic care means—caring not only about employees' career development, but also tending wholeheartedly to every family standing behind each employee.
