"Cross-departmental Communication and Coordination" Management Skills Enhancement Training Successfully Completed

2026-10-12

To further strengthen the foundation of communication, reinforce managers' awareness of cross-departmental collaboration, and improve organizational communication efficiency and team execution, WINTEC organized a two-day management skills enhancement training—"Cross-departmental Communication and Coordination"—on October 10–11. The training featured Mr. He An, an external instructor, as the lecturer, with managers and key talent from various departments taking part in the learning sessions.

The training focused on a systematic study of the core topics around cross-departmental communication. Starting from essential knowledge points such as the nature of communication, communication models, information transmission patterns, listening and feedback techniques, and expression logic with structured communication, Mr. He An taught practical communication skills and helped participants re-examine the key links in their daily communication. Anchored in real-world scenarios such as work reporting and cross-departmental collaboration, the course used case studies, scenario simulations, group discussions, and interactive exercises to guide participants in sorting out the fundamental methods of cross-departmental collaboration from the dimensions of communication style, information confirmation, and goal alignment—further consolidating their communication fundamentals.

In the classroom, the atmosphere for participant discussion was very lively. Each group identified the communication pain points that urgently needed to be addressed right at the start of the training, attended the sessions with real problems in mind, and shared experiences and sorted out methods through the clash of ideas. During the discussion sessions, group members actively spoke up, pooled their wisdom, and engaged in frequent on-site interaction, creating a strong learning atmosphere. By the end of the two-day systematic learning, the problems listed by each group had been answered one by one.

It is worth mentioning that on the first day of the training, some participating colleagues already reported applying the methods they had learned to cross-departmental communication practice, with initial results taking shape. By the end of the training, many colleagues expressed their intention to systematically sort out the knowledge gained over the two days and apply it to their actual work.

Through this training, everyone gained a deep understanding of how to communicate well, and also discovered many areas in communication where they urgently need to improve. We believe that through deliberate practice, participants will not only enhance their communication skills, but also gain smoother work coordination and a better team atmosphere. Going forward, WINTEC will continue to advance training empowerment, ensuring that the training outcomes take root and deliver real results.
