To enrich employees' recreational and athletic life and strengthen team cohesion, on August 22–23 the company organized a two-day, one-night Rizhao team-building activity for employees from the Manufacturing Department, the R&D Center, the Finance Department, and the Warehousing Department. This team-building itinerary balanced natural scenery with cultural attractions; all members walked hand in hand, and—tested by the heavy rain—fully demonstrated the company's fine team spirit of solidarity and mutual support, strict adherence to safety, and forging ahead with resolve.

In the early morning of August 22, all members assembled in full gear and set off for Rizhao, known as the "Oriental Sun City," kicking off a relaxed yet fulfilling team-building journey. Upon arrival, the team first headed to the picturesque Yuehu Shanshui Scenic Area. With green hills all around and clear streams murmuring, the fresh natural setting let everyone fully shed the fatigue of daily work. All members actively took part in fun activities such as water rafting and dragon-boat racing; through cooperation and laughter, departmental barriers were broken down and the distance between colleagues was shortened, leaving a harmonious team atmosphere.

In the afternoon, the team checked in at several iconic seaside attractions in Rizhao. At the Lighthouse Scenic Area, everyone stopped by the shore to take in the view and snap photos, immersing themselves in the unique charm of the coastal city; at the Wanpingkou Seaside Scenic Area, fun interactive activities such as inter-department tug-of-war and children's balloon-stomping were organized. Adults competed with all their might while the children played and laughed, creating a lively yet warm atmosphere. At dusk, all members strolled through the antique Dongyi Town, wandering its historic lanes, savoring the local culture, and relaxing body and mind in a leisurely, pleasant ambience.

Early on the morning of August 23, the team headed to the Jiuxian Mountain Scenic Area for a mountain-climbing activity. Midway, a heavy rain suddenly struck, and the slippery mountain paths posed no small challenge to the climb. Facing the sudden weather, the company held firmly to the safety-first principle, flexibly adjusting the itinerary at the first moment; all members followed the unified arrangements and acted in an orderly manner. Climbing in the rain, this unusual journey not only added fun but also tempered the team's will.

Wind and rain temper the team; with strength combined, we move forward together. This team-building offered both the warmth of leisure and play and the responsibility of standing together through hardship, vividly embodying the company's team spirit of uniting hearts and pooling strength to overcome adversity together. In the future, everyone will turn the gains of this team-building into work motivation, and with fuller enthusiasm and higher morale, contribute to the company's high-quality development.
